Send Credit Card Payment Method Details to Passkey

Stay is enhanced to send details of the primary credit card payment method associated with group reservations to Cvent Passkey system.

Only the primary credit card payment method details are sent. Details of the other payment methods associated with the group reservations are not sent.

Contact Agilysys to configure the Cvent Passkey integration for the property.

The primary credit card payment method details are sent when the following actions are performed in Stay, for the group reservations created in the Passkey system:

• The rate plan associated with the reservation is modified

• The room type associated with the reservation is modified

• The nightly room rate of the reservation is modified

• The guest count of the reservation is modified

• The market segment associated with the reservation is modified

• The recurring charges posted to the reservation are modified

• The primary payment method associated with the reservation is modified

The following details are sent from Stay:

• The credit card issuer

• Expiry date of the card

• The cardholder name

• The last 4 digits of the card in masked format

• The token generated by the payment gateway used by the property
